At a residential building in Pinosava, a complete waterproofing system was installed, including thermal insulation and Sarnafil TG 66-15 FPO waterproofing membrane.

This type of waterproofing membrane is designed for high-load roof systems, where the membrane is placed beneath a screed with ceramic tiles, decking, or a green roof.

To address moisture retention in construction materials during autumn and winter, FPO venting outlets were installed. The waterproofing membrane was then protected with a geotextile layer before the screed was applied.

Before the screed installation, a full hydro-test was conducted to verify the waterproofing system’s integrity.

The total installed waterproofing area is approximately 160 m².
