Commercial Building – Nova Pazova – Parapet Repair

At a commercial building in Nova Pazova, parapet cap repairs were carried out in areas prone to frequent water ingress.

A PVC L-profile was installed over the existing metal parapet capping and secured in place. A separating layer of geotextile was applied over the capping, followed by a strip of waterproofing membrane welded onto both the primary roof waterproofing and the new PVC L-profiles.

This solution effectively prevented water from overflowing the parapet and infiltrating the space between the parapet capping and the existing waterproofing membrane, eliminating the cause of leaks.
