We recently completed a series of parallel works on a residential family house in Sremska Mitrovica.
Works were carried out on the flat roof, terrace, sloped roof, and garage roof.

Materials used:

  • Vapor barrier: Sarnavap 5000E
  • FPO membrane: Sarnafil TS 77-15
  • Main thermal insulation: XPS boards
  • Tapered EPS for water drainage slopes
  • Insulation of vertical parapets and cornices

Total waterproofed area: approx. 215 m²

A water retention test was performed after completion – the roof and terraces were flooded, and after 7 days, no leaks were detected. Water was then drained via the roof outlets.
