At a residential building in Nova Pazova, a full replacement of the flat roof waterproofing system was carried out.
The old membrane was removed and replaced with a new Sikaplan 15G PVC membrane.

Before applying the new membrane, a protective geotextile layer (500 g/m²) was installed on the concrete slab.

The PVC membrane was applied across the roof surface, vertically up the parapet, and mechanically fixed at the parapet edge.

In addition, new horizontal parapet drains and a roof vapor relief vent were installed for proper drainage and pressure regulation.
