Repair of the roof terrace – Nova Pazova

On the existing production and business building on the roof terrace, flat roof, repair was carried out by installing a new waterproofing membrane “Sikaplan 15G”.

The renovation was carried out because the existing waterproofing was leaking and seeping into the building.

Installation of waterproofing was carried out according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and along the perimeter of the roof, membrane “upstand” were raised, which were finished on PVC coated drip trim.

The approximate area that has been renovated is approx. P=100m².
