At a business building in Nova Pazova, a roof terrace with ceramic tiles was leaking.

According to the investor’s request to carry out repairment, it was proposed to install a PVC membrane on the entire surface, and this type of repair is possible because the terrace is impassable.

A PVC “Walkway” pedestrian anti-slip path can be placed on certain routes, in order to prevent damage to the waterproofing and in that case that part of the terrace would be passable.

A separating layer of geotextile was placed on the existing base and then the PVC waterproofing membrane “Sikaplan 15G” was installed.

The waterproofed area of ​​the terraces is approximately P=65m2.

The perimeter of the terrace is covered with PVC drip trims on upstands and after welding the waterproofing, the composition of the walls and trims is sealed with polyurethane sealant “Sikaflex 11FC”.

The length of the installed PVC trims is approximately L=40m.
