In the new production facility within the ‘Froneri Adriatic S’ complex in Stara Pazova, installation of floor slab waterproofing was completed.

A PVC waterproofing membrane ‘Sikaplan 9.6./Sikaplan WP 1100-15HL‘ was installed beneath the floor slab, preceded by a protective geotextile layer. After the waterproofing was installed on the base, it was raised along the columns and parapets to form coves and secured with PVC trim.
The waterproofing was protected with a separating layer of geotextile, upon which XPS thermal insulation was laid. Following this, reinforcement was installed, and the floor slab was poured.

This project features characteristic drainage points and channels for wastewater disposal generated during production operations. Due to the complex geometry, these elements were treated using a liquid polyurethane waterproofing system.

The approximate waterproofed area is P = 1,300 m².
