Recently, we’ve been receiving more calls from building managers across Serbia. In this case, waterproofing work was done on a rooftop terrace of a multi-story building in New Belgrade.

Regardless of building height, residents all report the same issue – aged roof and terrace insulation causing leaks. Some are minor and localized, while others develop into major problems.

As you’ll see below, most effort went into cleaning and preparation – once that was complete, everything else went smoothly.
