On the production and office building “Eurex” in Stara Pazova, roof waterproofing repair was carried out.
During construction of a new facility, the investor also requested maintenance of existing roofs.
Inspections revealed areas with leaks and required parapet reinforcement.

Due to climate change, strong short-term storms are increasingly common. As a result, fastening standards for roof membranes have recently been tightened.
The original waterproofing was installed under old standards and suffered failures in strong winds, causing anchors to tear out and membranes to detach.
A larger failure was likely prevented thanks to earlier reinforcement of the parapets.
