At a residential building in Belgrade, the roof terrace was repaired using a polyurethane waterproofing coating, commonly referred to as a liquid membrane ‘Sikalastic‘.

According to the application technology, the existing substrate was repaired with restoration mortar and prepared with appropriate primers.

After the substrate dried, the first layer of the coating was applied, embedding a mesh reinforcement. Once the first layer cured, a second and final layer of the waterproofing coating (liquid membrane) was applied.

The total waterproofed area is approximately P = 35 m².
