In the new production facility within the ‘Froneri Adriatic S’ complex in Stara Pazova, the installation of roof layers was carried out in addition to the waterproofing of the floor slab.

The structure of the new production facility is a combination of reinforced concrete columns and a steel roof structure with an additional secondary steel structure. A structural deep-profiled trapezoidal sheet was installed on the steel roof structure.

The installers from ‘DVS Izolacija‘ Ltd assembled the roof covering on the trapezoidal sheet in the following layers:

  • Vapor barrier ‘Sarnavap 500E‘
  • Rock wool insulation
  • Waterproofing membrane ‘Sikaplan 15G‘, installed in accordance with the wind load calculation

The total roof waterproofing area on this project is approximately P = 1,500 m².
