The company ‘Jovanović Plast‘ Ltd from Nova Pazova, driven by the need to increase storage capacity, has constructed a warehouse space of approximately 2,000 m² to install the most modern high-bay automated storage system for semi-finished products, products, and raw materials. The complex also includes a modern administrative section of about 300 m².

DVS Izolacija carried out work on the roof covering installation for the mentioned facility in the following layers:

  • Vapor barrier ‘Sarnavap 500E‘, freely placed on the structural trapezoidal roof sheet
  • Stone wool insulation with a thickness of d=120 mm
  • UV-resistant waterproofing membrane ‘Sikaplan 15G‘

The roof waterproofing was executed following the latest software calculations for arranging the fixation of the waterproofing membrane using telescopic fasteners on the trapezoidal roof sheet. The calculation packages had to be adapted to evident climate changes, considering increasingly frequent heavy rainfall accompanied by strong or stormy winds.

The total waterproofed area of roofs and parapets amounts to approximately P=2,300 m².
