Residential building – Private house – Ruma

On the residential building in Ruma, the existing waterproofing was repaired by applying new waterproofing to address leaks into the building.

The ‘Sikaplan U15‘ waterproofing was used. A hydro-test was also conducted by filling the waterproofed area with water to check for leaks.

For the hydro-test, the water must remain for at least 24-48 hours, but in this case, the water was left for 10 days until the investor was assured with the quality of the work.

The total hydro-insulated area is approximately P=39m².
