At the residential and commercial building in Batajnica, the installation of thermal insulation using EPS 150 foam from the manufacturer ‘Fragmat‘ and the waterproofing membrane ‘Sikaplan TM-15‘ was completed.

Cascading slope on the roof was created with thermal insulation, over which a reinforced screed was poured at an angle. This was done to reduce the thickness of the screed and increase the thermal insulation efficiency.

The total area of the waterproofed roof is approximately P=350 m².
