At the Eko Serbia gas station in Bački Petrovac, repairs were carried out at the junction between the hall and the canopy, where frequent leaks had been occurring.

The repair process included:

  • Installation of a PVC trim on the underside of the junction on the trapezoidal metal sheet
  • Placement of a two-layer geotextile separation layer
  • Installation of a PVC waterproofing membrane
  • On the upper side of the junction, the waterproofing membrane was sealed under the top trapezoidal metal sheet of the hall

This project showcased the expertise and skill of the “DVS Izolacija” team, as precision and experience were required to properly align the PVC strip with the corrugated profile of the metal sheet. The membrane was then welded onto the PVC strips, demonstrating expert handling of the hand-held welding tool for waterproofing membranes.

For this project, the measure of success was not the size of the waterproofed area, but rather the effective resolution of the leakage issue and the quality of execution. Achieving optimal problem-solving in such cases requires practical experience and technical expertise.
