Residential Building Novi Sad – Roof and Terrace Thermal and Waterproofing

At a residential building in Novi Sad, thermal and waterproofing works were carried out on the flat roof and terraces.

Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the work was challenging. However, through effective coordination with the investor’s representatives and detailed planning, the project was completed within a short timeframe.

On the roof terraces and flat roof, thermal insulation was first installed, followed by a sloped screed.

Once the screed had cured, waterproofing membranes were applied:

• Sarnafil TG 66-15 on the terraces
• Sarnafil TS 77-15 on the roof

Total insulated area: approx. 170m²
Total waterproofed area: approx. 210m²
