In the residential building (country home), thermal insulation and waterproofing have been installed on the flat roof, accessible terrace, and garage roof.

For the accessible areas, a bituminous vapor barrier Sarnavap 5000E, was installed, while a vapor barrier Sarnavap 1000E was applied in the inaccessible areas. This was followed by the installation of rigid high-density expanded polystyrene insulation (EPS A120) with a thickness of d=25 cm, along with sloped insulation made of the same material with variable thickness (d= 0-10 cm) to achieve the required slope of the roof surfaces.

Subsequently, a single ply membrane Sarnafil TS 77-15 was installed on the inaccessible roof area of approximately P=100m², and the waterproofing Sarnafil TG 66-15 was applied to the accessible, load-bearing systems on the terrace roof and garage roof, totaling approximately P=200m².

The company ‘DVS Izolacija’ Ltd. has fully mastered the technology for creating sloped thermal insulation (rigid high-density polystyrene with a slope), thereby ensuring the appropriate slope for the final layers of the roof and terrace surfaces.
