The roof of the residential building in Batajnica was rehabilitated with the installation of thermal insulation and waterproofing using ‘Sikaplan 15G‘ above the apartment affected by leaks.

Notably, the roof above the neighboring apartment was rehabilitated in 2020, and photographs are available in the gallery. The waterproofing above the two apartments was seamlessly connected into a single unit.

The total waterproofed roof area is approximately P = 130 m².
