Waterproofing installation work was carried out on two buildings simultaneously. A vapor barrier – PE foil was installed on the reinforced concrete slabs of the buildings.

A 2% roof slope was achieved using custom-made tapered thermal insulation, produced by our team. This tapered insulation is made of high-density EPS A120.

PVC trims and PVC drip edges were installed around the perimeter of the roof to complete the waterproofing system.

Geotextile 500g/m² was placed at roof penetrations, followed by the installation of a PVC waterproofing membrane, fastened with telescopic anchors to the reinforced concrete roof slab and hot-air welded at the overlaps.

On two sides of the roof, an attic was formed using 5cm thick polystyrene insulation, reaching an approximate height of 20cm.
