Following the identified deficiencies in the final treatment of roof penetrations with the waterproofing membrane, repairs were conducted – reprocessing roof penetrations with the waterproofing membrane according to standard details and manufacturer recommendations.

Below are photos after the repairs, showing properly waterproofed roof penetrations and repaired weak spots at welded joints.
