On the annex hall building in Nova Pazova, installation services were carried out for the PIR thermal insulation, supplied by the investor, and the PVC waterproofing membrane was installed.
The warm roof system was executed in the following layers:
- Steel roof structure
- Load-bearing trapezoidal steel deck
- Vapor barrier – PE film
- PIR thermal insulation
- PVC waterproofing membrane “Bauder Thermofol M15”
The process and sequence of activities on this project included:
- Site inspection
- Survey of the roof structure, i.e. measurement of all key dimensions relevant for waterproofing works
- Preparation of the quotation
- Contracting of works
- Material delivery
- Execution of works
- Preparation of progress statements (construction log sheets)
- Final handover of completed works with warranty period
- Issuance of the invoice for executed works
- Submission of material warranty
- Submission of maintenance instructions, technical data sheets, and certificates
The works on this project were carried out during the summer period, under high daytime temperatures.
To ensure proper execution, work began early in the morning and was suspended once temperatures became too high.
Thanks to this organization, the project was successfully completed.
A PVC waterproofing membrane was installed on a total area of approx. P = 200 m².
