The renovation of roof sections around skylights and the repair of gutter valleys was carried out on this business facility.

In summary, the process included filling the ribs of roof panels with styrofoam, installing a substructure made of galvanized sheet metal strips and geotextile, followed by the installation of a waterproofing membrane welded with hot air at overlaps, and the installation of evaporators.

Additionally, waterproofing of roof penetrations, drains, and horizontal gutter joints was performed using the liquid waterproofing membrane ‘Sikalastic 641’.

Interesting Fact: Evaporators are installed in the upper zone of the repaired area to prevent condensation in the space between the flat sheet metal and the roof panels.
