At the commercial building in Obrenovac, roof openings were cut to accommodate two ventilation ducts.

After the mechanical installation contractor installed the ducts, the roof penetrations were waterproofed.

Although the scope of work was not extensive, it was necessary to coordinate the schedule to ensure that the mechanical installation contractor met their assembly deadline.

Considering that the work was performed during winter, with snowfall, careful planning was required, taking into account key factors such as weather conditions, the availability of our waterproofing specialists, and the contractor’s open time slots.
