The flat roof of a private house, including the residential area, garage, and terraces, was waterproofed in Stara Pazova.

A separating layer of geotextile was placed on the sloped screed, followed by the installation of the ‘Sikaplan 15G‘ waterproofing membrane. The membrane was mechanically fastened and welded with hot air at overlaps, with PVC wall trims installed along wall connections at roof level changes.

The total waterproofed area is approximately P = 180 m².
