At the shopping center in Zrenjanin, roof leakage occurred in the area of roof installation penetrations. Specifically, a bundle of installation cables and pipes was pulled onto the roof but was not properly waterproofed.

The repair solved the problem of leakage – water passing through the roof penetrations for external air conditioning units.
